Whelp, Beth’s due date came and went and we are officially past due now. We’re ready! I’ve got my cell phone charged and in my pocket every second I’m away and I know Beth is about 10x more ready than I am. He’s overstayed his welcome and its time to make his debut, stay tuned!

As of March 5th, Beth is officially at 35 weeks and considered full term. Marking this milestone, we’ve decided to open up voting on delivery dates to friends and family. Tonight Beth and I finished up our last baby class. We capped it off with a tour of Pinnacle’s 8th and 9th floor. Our instructor for this adventure (Karen) is a nurse at Pinnacle and was really awesome. She had great content and delivered it in a way that made it fun and kept it entertaining. Teaching at HACC has given me a new found respect for presenting in front of large groups so props to you Karen! PS, my wife is getting biiiiigggggg!
Baby Class Complete
I’ve been searching for about 4 months now for a practical family car to put Chuck in when he shows up. This is out of necessity since my ‘practical’ vehicle now is a 91 Jeep Comanche pickup with 6″ of lift and 33″ tires and no back seat. After carefully considering several factors (style, performance, practicality and reliability) I decided to completely scrap the latter two and score a car that I’ve been drooling over for the past 15 years. Meet my new minivan! A 1990 Volkswagen Corrado G60 (supercharged). Most importantly, it’s got a back seat (no matter how small it may be)!

Well for the first time this weekend Josh got to feel Chick practicing her karate chops and round houses. It seemed like everytime Chick moved and Josh would try to feel, s/he was done moving around. But patience has paid off, and Josh has finally got to feel his baby moving.
